NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE? LET US HELP!

 We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason Ami’s Tea Tribe has made an error with your order, you may return the merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless as a result of an error by Ami’s Tea Tribe. All products must be as sold in sealed packages. We are unable to accept any opened packages. Refunds will be made to the original credit card/ Payment Method used to make the purchase.  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at AmisTeaTribe@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

Please ship your returns using US Postal Service Priority Mail, First-Class Mail. We recommend that you track your package. Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address provided on your original order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
