How long is order processing & shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $35, and also ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Is your online ordering process secure?

Yes it is. All orders are sent using SSL standard encryption. We do not store your credit card information and you also have the option of using PayPal.

How should I store my tea products?

We recommend storing your tea in a dry, cool, dark space. Tea needs to be kept away from air, heat, light, and moisture to ensure its freshness. Do not store your teas in the refrigerator or freezer.
